Beyond featured as a Google Workspace customer success story

Our Group Delivery Director, Dan Jakeman, recently sat down with the Google Workspace team to share the story of how our work to incorporate AI into Beyond's daily operations is already streamlining ways of working, improving productivity, and fostering agility across our global teams.

Dan shares:

"A year ago, I was completely caught up in the AI hype, convincing myself I needed to build things for Beyond that were groundbreaking. What changed things was the realization that I was still spending hours every week on low-value tasks. This was a challenge also worth tackling, and one where I knew Google's AI tools could help.

So, I shifted my mindset and started small. Using Google NotebookLM, we compiled a Notebook that centralized our company information, capabilities, accreditations, etc. — all the information we get asked for time and time again when filling out procurement responses. That may sound basic, but it yielded efficiency gains: No more wasted time chasing down people to send over our basic information like our latest ISO certifications.

I've also been working with our teams to build out Gemini agents to automate rote tasks. There's nothing revolutionary here either: There agents do things like help us draft simple proposal frameworks and compile notes and updates into project status reports, but the time savings add up. Less time doing administratve tasks is more time our teams can spend solving our customers' challenges."
