Analytics Services
We help companies understand and leverage the impact of a rapidly changing media environment on their brand reputations. We do this by identifying and quantifying the factors that drive perceptions and in turn affect business outcomes. Our research adds strategic insight to campaign planning by giving insight into the conversations of relevant audiences and those who influence them.
We believe in the value of developing research programs tailored to each client’s strategic business goals, to ensure that the research is relevant, timely and actionable. Beyond Analytics can help your brand with a full range of research and measurement offerings from mainstream to social media, and across earned and owned media.
Conversation Analytics
Influencer Identification
We apply our own holistic model for identifying influencers that help shape and drive conversations that matter to your brand on any given conversation topic. We then quantify the impact and reach of that influence, to help answer questions such as:
- Who are the influencers in specific conversations and how do they drive conversations that spread information across networks?
- Which groups of influencers matter to individual audience segments?
Earned Media Optimization
We develop customized optimization models based on content analysis to understand which messages, product attributes, campaign attributes, influencers and demographics yield the best campaign results, and help answer questions such as:
- How does communications (earned media) drive traffic and conversions?
- Which sites and posts generate most engagement on corporate and product websites?
- What can be changed to improve traffic and conversion rates?
- What was the impact of campaigns on lead generation and sales?
Conversation Mapping
Conversation Maps measure the conversations that exist around any one brand or topic to give audience insight and inform messaging and campaign design. These help answer questions such as:
- What are the topics that most resonate with audiences saying about a particular topic?
- In which conversations should a brand participate and which conversations should it own?
Topical Impact Estimation (TIE) Score
Impact Estimation (TIE) Score. The TIE score estimates the reach and impact of a content producer (twitter handle or blogger) for a particular topic. It factors in a content producer’s immediate audience, as well as its topic-related viral audience.
A TIE score will help answer questions such as:
- What is the digital reach of an individual on a particular topic?
- Who are the most influential around a particular topic?
Media Reputation Management
Media Reputation Measurement
Managing your reputation starts with a good understanding of your perceived reputation. We analyze the factors that contribute to your media reputation across web, print and social channels to provide you with actionable insights, not just data. Our customized reports can be provided as monthly & quarterly reports,or as one-offs, and can help answer questions such as:
- What is the reputation of the brand?
- How does a brand’s share of voice compare to competitors and does it own the conversations that matter to it?
- Are key messages penetrating key media and do they resonate with audiences?
- What drives these perceptions?
Competitive Benchmarking
The outcome of your media efforts must be put in competitive context to truly judge the success of your programs. We provide comprehensive market assessments and supply you with the knowledge to act in a constantly changing competitive environment. Knowing where your competitors are going through understanding their communications strategy can be an important input to planning.
