Tom is a strategic leader at Beyond, managing Beyond's Delivery, Finance and People Teams. He is responsible for the growth and evolution of our Global Partner Network, which enables us to enhance clients’ needs through flexible, scalable and specialist expertise. His prior experience at KPMG involved leading international restructurings and business transformations, especially with sovereign wealth funds and private equity. Experienced in cross-border negotiations and scenario modelling, Tom has partnered with a diverse range of teams throughout his 25-year career, including a secondment to a European Bank's Global Restructuring Group and advising the Shadow Business Secretary in the UK Parliament (2013/14).His commitment to leveraging technology and fostering inclusive cultures for organisational change drives his approach to business strategy and innovation. He is a member of Beyond's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and is an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
