Advisory Board

As representatives of leading social platforms, the VC community and market defining companies, the role of the advisory board is to provide an external perspective on the strategic direction of the company as it navigates the fast changing marketing landscape and the demands and opportunities this creates for clients. The advisory board is made up of the following members:

Judy Gibbons

Judy currently serves as non-executive director on the board of The Guardian Media Group, Hammerson PLC and Virgin Money Giving and was previously non-executive director at O2.  She has over 25 years of Experience in software, eCommerce, digital media and Internet technologies including ten years at Microsoft where she was Corporate Vice President of MSN Global Sales & Marketing and five years at Accel Partners, the technology venture investment firm. She has also held senior positions at Apple Computer and Hewlett Packard, working in Silicon Valley, and has a Sloan Fellowship Masters degree from London Business School.

Nick Fox

Nick started his career in 1992 as a financial journalist at the Sunday Telegraph and Sunday Times. After six years as a journalist Nick was hired by Granada Group as a management trainee. Nick has since spent time in business development roles for Chrysalis Group, JZ International (a U.S. private equity firm) and 365 Group plc. He joined M: Communications in 2002 as its 6th employee and helped build the business into one of London’s leading financial PR consultancies. In October 2007 he was appointed head of financial Communications at the Virgin Group and became Director of Corporate Affairs in 2009.

Trevor Johnson

Having joined Facebook in April 2008 to help establish the EMEA organisation, Trevor now leads Facebook’s Strategy and Planning function for Emerging Markets. As part of the Emerging Markets leadership team he works closely with key internal stakeholders across the business, supporting local and regional Sales teams by being the key resource and lead for the team on sales planning and development, industry and market insights, trade marketing and thought leadership. Trevor is an integral strategic partner to Facebook’s customer marketing and sales teams and is an expert in the Facebook value proposition and products with an emphasis on how solutions can meet marketer needs. Prior to this, Trevor held a series of Marketing and Strategy roles at AOL in Europe, where he gained vital digital marketing experience and left as the Head of Insights, EU. Before joining AOL Trevor worked at Ernst and Young, as a Business and Strategy Analyst.
