The Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic project manager to work for one of our most exciting brands. The project manager will be the primary interface between the design and development team and the client. As project manager the successful candidate will oversee web projects from beginning to end.
The projects we deliver are often high-profile and turned around in a short space of time. The right candidate will be able to co-ordinate the internal team to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to spec, budget and time as well as managing the client’s expectations.
Skills Required:
- 2-4 Years experience of working within a digital or social media agency
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
- A good understanding of all digital marketing disciplines in particular digital creative, analytics and search
- Has a strong background in Social media
- A track record in managing integrated digital campaigns which have a strong social element to them
- A proven track record in managing clients
- Extensive and expansive industry knowledge of new media, social media, marketing, advertising and Publishing 2.0, technology and gadgetry, start-up culture and next-generation online applications.
- Social media tools and techniques, Marketing (traditional, PR, new media, guerilla and ‘word of mouth’), Technology, Project management, Editorial/Publishing.
- Coding knowledge, IT experience, PowerPoint/Excel proficiency, other assorted geekery encouraged.
- Demonstrated passion for social media and the Internet. Proven track record in social media, blogging, publishing and evangelizing on behalf of brands and/or self.
- Significant experience with online social networking, the blogosphere, search tools and general Web 2.0 (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Wikipedia, etc.)
