This competition website for Virgin America enabled users to show themselves off by recording and uploading a video of themselves explaining why they would be best for a new role within Virgin America.
This innovative site was one of the first commercial uses of the new Google Moderator voting tool. The Beyond Development team worked closely with Google engineers on the implementation and fine tuning of the Moderator installation.
The website also featured sound effects created by Sir Richard Branson.
